  • Original tags, labels, invoices, and packaging are intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

8. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
